Megan Walsh is set for a downfall on Coronation Street, but fans were left questioning some mysterious new evidence against her.

Toyah Battersby and Eva Price found themselves in trouble with the police recently after several showdowns with the child groomer. Eva was desperate to get a confession out of Megan after finding out she had groomed and sexually abused her teenage stepson, Will Driscoll.

When Toyah was arrested for an assault on Megan, she was soon released. As Eva and her sister Leanne Battersby headed to see Toyah at the station, detective Kit Green dropped a bombshell about Megan.

He suggested their crusade to expose Megan was no longer needed as something has been uncovered. Kit did not go into detail, but he shocked the trio as he told them they had nothing to worry about after some new evidence had come to light.

It was not revealed what it was, and it has not been addressed since. But fans think they know what is ahead for Megan being exposed next week by Will.

Will is set to report her to the police, coming to the realisation that he’s been groomed. Tim Metcalfe opens up to him about his own past, and it makes Will see what Megan has done.

Ahead of this, fans think a return could be on the cards and it could be tied into the mystery new evidence the police have on Megan. Fans think that another teenager who was groomed by Megan called Lee will return to give evidence.

Lee did warn Will about what happened between them, and he appeared to confirm he had has sex with Megan before he turned 16 years of age. So will Megan be found out for sexually abusing Will and Lee, and could there be other victims too?

Fans took to social media predicting Lee had come forward and this was what Kit had found out. A fan said: “Maybe something to do with that other lad, the one who came down to see Will and told Will he had had a thing with Megan, but Will didn’t believe him.

“Perhaps the police have been asking questions at her old place of work.” Another theorised: “It has to be something about her being accused of grooming before and not that boy.”

A third fan said: “Maybe that other kid, Lee, has spoken up if there’s another one.” A fourth fan wrote: “New evidence being the other kid coming forward I think.”
