Grey’s Anatomy has an all-new episode airing tonight, titled “When I Crash.”
Here’s the synopsis of the ep: Grey Sloan takes in patients following a catastrophic bus accident. Teddy and Owen have an awkward encounter, and Richard tests Bailey’s patience. It’s directed by Phylicia Rashad!
Fans might not be happy to learn that, even though we’re only 6 episodes into the season…it will be a while before another new episode airs on ABC.

With the fall finale airing tonight (November 13), the next new episode won’t air until January 8, 2026.
