‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers Week of September 8, 2025

Bianca Lawson, long admired for her striking and seemingly ageless beauty, turned heads at Fendi and Moda Operandi’s intimate New York City soirée celebrating the return of the iconic Fendi Spy Bag.

The Sept. 9 event, hosted by Moda Operandi co-founder Lauren Santo Domingo, welcomed a curated guest list of fashion insiders, creatives, and cultural luminaries, including a star-studded turnout of attendees—Lindsay Lohan and Alisha Boe among them.

Bianca Lawson’s Elegant, Perfect-for-Fall Look

Lawson, 46, arrived in a chocolate silk blouse with billowy sleeves, tucked into a forest-green quilted A-line skirt that showcased texture and movement. She carried a camel-toned Fendi Spy Bag mini, perfectly in tune with the evening’s theme, and grounded her look with pointed-toe Fendi logo heels.

For beauty, the Saved by the Bell: New Class actress chose berry-colored eye makeup, pairing it with a glossy pink lip, and sleek hair worn down, middle-parted in loose curls.

About the Event, Ahead of New York Fashion Week

The evening marked the reintroduction of the Fendi Spy Bag, first launched in 2005 by Silvia Venturini Fendi. Known for its playful spirit and hidden compartments—including a cleverly concealed flap pocket—the Spy Bag became a defining it-bag of the early 2000s. Now refreshed for 2025, the bag was unveiled in an exclusive Moda Operandi trunk show, available for preorder starting Sept. 10, 2025.

Guests were treated to an elegant culinary experience with hors d’oeuvres, Frites Maison, and playful Caviar Bumps, while a DJ set by Paul Sevigny provided the night’s soundtrack. Among the evening’s notable guests was Lohan, who reflected on her own long history with the Spy Bag, calling it “iconic” and “part of my style forever,” per a press release shared directly with Parade.

Her breakout into genre TV came with her role as Kendra Young in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a memorable, fan-favorite character whose arc remains iconic in the cult series. Lawson continued to build her television career with impactful recurring roles such as Nikki Green in Dawson’s Creek, Emily Bennett in The Vampire Diaries, Maya St. Germain in Pretty Little Liars, Ms. Morell in Teen Wolf, and Eva in Witches of East End.

Most recently, Lawson was a standout star in Ava DuVernay’s hit series Queen Sugar on OWN, where she brought depth and nuance to her character over multiple seasons. Across three decades, Lawson has seamlessly transitioned from teen roles to mature dramas, solidifying her reputation as a versatile actress whose performances resonate with new generations of viewers.
