‘The Young and the Restless’ Sets Debut Date for Lucas Adams
Fans of The Young and the Restless have been eagerly awaiting the return of legacy character Noah Newman, the son of Nick and Sharon, since Parade previously reported on his impending return. The wait is almost over, as actor Lucas Adams, best known for his Emmy-nominated work on Days of Our Lives as Tripp Johnson, will officially debut in the role soon.
In the October 16, 2025 issue of TV Guide Magazine, Adams revealed that he would be making his debut on The Young and the Restless on November 4, 2025.
Adams takes on the role of Noah Newman, the son of Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Grandson of beloved legendary supercouple Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Tamara Braun Speaks Out
The Young and the Restless star Tamara Braun recently was interviewed by TV Insider, during this conversation she discussed being reunited with Adams, her Days of Our Lives co-star.
The Daytime Emmy winner shared, “He’s a lovely actor and an incredible gem of a human being,” She continued, “It’s wonderful to get to work with him again in a different capacity.”
During his interview with TV Guide, Adams spoke enthusiastically about reuniting with Braun saying, “I’m so excited, it’s like coming into a new place and I have a friend that I know well. I already have an anchor here, which is really cool.”

I am glad to see Noah back on canvas. I would like to see Reed come home and meet his sister Claire.” A second user added ,” Finally! I hope they actually write a good storyline for him this time around. Maybe him and Audra get back together since they did almost have a child and I felt writers really dropped the ball on the storyline for them.” With a third user adding, “I’m so excited for this I can’t wait!!
