The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke Is Entitled – Katie Sees Her Sister Clearly

The first decision was something Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) wholeheartedly supported, but the second created a soapy firestorm.

Recalling Katie as a little girl looking out the window at her was revealing. Tom’s character seized on Brooke’s mindset, which revealed or possibly confirmed the condescending attitude that had existed for years.

Brooke is furious because Katie used their father’s name as the label for Spencer Publications’ new fashion house. Logan is a paternal name that originates from Brooke, Katie, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), and the late Stephen Storm Logan, Jr.’s (William deVry) father, Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy).

So, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) didn’t invent the nickname Logan and then use it as a term of endearment for Brooke. It comes from Stephen Sr. and his lineage. Katie was arguably right to use the name and now possesses the trademark, too.

Carter Walton Dropped The Legal Ball

Ridge and Brooke could have come down on Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), but they didn’t. However, he is Forrester Creations’ legal head, which means that it was his responsibility to make sure the company’s trademarks were current.

Learning that the Logan trademark expired a year ago was bad. Whoever handles that task for Carter in FC’s legal department dropped the ball that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) digitally picked up.

Brooke’s entitlement attitude would have been reinforced if Carter had submitted the online trademark renewal process just one second before Liam did. But that didn’t happen, and so, Logan will remain the name of the new fashion house that Katie heads.

Bill Spencer Is Not The Bad Guy

Everything is always Bill’s fault. That’s the emotional default Ridge and others use.

Well, once again, Bill isn’t the bad guy. Brooke is the villain, whether Ridge realizes it or not.

Bill loves Katie and sees a greater potential in her than Ridge did. Surprisingly, or maybe not so, Brooke shares Ridge’s limited view of her sister.

Fans are probably wondering if Duffy will return to the cast because this sibling rivalry has again erupted. It would be great to see that actor back on B&B, with the Logan patriarch dealing with his daughter’s renewed drama.

Katie Logan Breaks Free From The Past

Bringing up the past is a phrase Brooke used. She did so in an attempt to push her sister off the issue that was raised.

Brooke’s being with Bill years ago was wrong. Lang’s character, adding that there were complicated issues, didn’t change the daytime reality Katie mentioned.

Today, Katie sees her sister clearly. Brooke is for Brooke, and the love she spoke of, before closing the Logan door in the Spencer building, was conditioned.

Katie told Brooke to get out, and with that, a new storyline is cemented. The Logan sisters are battling. Brooke and Ridge are certain Tom’s character can’t win. But Bill’s true love, Katie, believes otherwise and is determined to prove it.
