Home and Away’s Levi Fowler will be arrested in a shocking storyline set to air in 2026 as his relationship with Mackenzie Booth remains strained.

Prior to the show’s annual Christmas break, Mackenzie and Levi tragically lost their baby following a miscarriage.

Mack left Summer Bay to visit her brother Dean Thompson in Queensland and to put some distance between her and Levi’s strained relationship.

With Mack set to pull away even further, Levi’s behaviour will continue to spiral as his world unravels, leading to his arrest.

In scenes set to air on Wednesday, 7 January and Thursday, 8 January, Bree tries to talk to Levi about her crusade for personal alarms at work, but his attention is elsewhere.

Levi explains the full story, telling Bree that Mack had a miscarriage and is spending time away. Speaking to a sympathetic Bree, Levi says he’s worried that she will never come back.

The next day at work, Bree overhears Levi’s phone call to Mackenzie as it escalates and is heard through the walls. After Bree checks in with him, Levi says he is fine to treat patients, but an interaction with a patient involved in a road rage accident soon gets heated.

After Lars, the aggressor, mouths off and manhandles Bree, Levi loses his temper and punches Lars, knocking him to the ground.

A shocked Bree questions Levi’s outburst and as his world at work continues to spiral, he apologises to Bree and Jo for what happened, but Bree is personally offended that Levi could have sabotaged everything she’s been working towards to keep the staff safe.

Bree explains to Jo the severity of what Levi’s actions could mean, saying he’ll be stood down, and he might even lose his career.

Hitting rock bottom, Cash arrives to arrest Levi. At the station, Cash talks Levi through the process and notifies Eden, who turns up when Levi’s mugshots are being taken.

Eden tries to reason with her brother, telling him this isn’t him. Levi takes full responsibility for his actions, admitting that Mack abandoning him hasn’t helped.

Following Levi’s admission, Eden is moved to call Mack and let her know that Levi’s been arrested.
