“FORGIVE ME, CLAIRE!”Victoria Discovers Cole’s Will Is FAKE – Claire’s Reaction Will Break You! Y&R.
Hello everyone and welcome to my YNR CBS Update 24 channel.
Cole’s will is fake. Victoria begs Clare for forgiveness. The Young and the Restless spoilers shock.
At Newman Enterprises, the atmosphere is tense. Victoria sits in her office, pale and sleepless. Across from her, Michael Baldwin lays down a folder marked confidential.
Victoria: “Tell me this isn’t true.”
Michael: “I wish I could, but the forensics are clear. The will that surfaced after Cole’s death — it’s a forgery.”
Victoria grips the edge of her desk.
Victoria: “A forgery? But how? We all saw his signature.”
Michael: “A near-perfect replica. Whoever did this had access to Cole’s personal files, his handwriting samples, even his old typewriter ribbons. This wasn’t sloppy work. It was professional.”
Her breath catches.
Victoria: “Then that means Clare…”
Michael: “Clare was never mentioned in Cole’s real will. The original document left everything — his estate, royalties, and manuscripts — to you.”
Victoria’s world tilts. For months, she believed Cole had rejected her and chosen Clare instead. She’d grieved twice: once for his death and once for the imagined betrayal. Now she realizes she was manipulated.

The Search for the Truth
At Society, Victoria meets Nick and Nikki to deliver the news.
Nick: “Someone faked our brother-in-law’s will. That’s huge. Who would even do that?”
Nikki: “The question is why? What could they gain by pitting Victoria against Clare?”
Victoria’s voice trembles as she answers:
Victoria: “Control. If Clare believed she was Cole’s rightful heir, she’d inherit everything — the estate, his name, even the literary archives. Someone wanted her to be a pawn.”
Nick leans forward, concern etched on his face.
Nick: “You think Clare was in on it?”
Victoria shakes her head.
Victoria: “No. That’s the worst part. I think she’s as much a victim as I am.”
Clare Learns the Truth
Across town at Crimson Lights, Clare Gray stares at her phone. She’s reading a news alert: Cole Howard’s Will Under Investigation — Possible Forgery. Her hands shake.
Moments later, Victoria enters quietly. Their eyes meet, both filled with pain and confusion.
Clare: “So, it’s true. His will — the one that said I was his daughter — it’s fake.”
Victoria: “Yes. Michael confirmed it this morning.”
Clare exhales sharply, blinking back tears.
Clare: “So, everything I believed — that he accepted me, that I had a father who wanted me — that was all a lie.”
Victoria steps closer.
Victoria: “No. That part wasn’t a lie. Cole did care about you. I saw it in his eyes before he died. But someone twisted his memory to hurt us both.”
Clare: “And you think I helped them?”
Victoria hesitates. The silence says enough.
Clare’s face hardens, her voice breaking.
Clare: “You think I forged a will? That I’d lie about my father just to get his money?”
Victoria: “I don’t want to believe that, but I’ve been burned before and the truth keeps changing.”
Clare stands abruptly.
Clare: “Then maybe you never knew me at all.”
She storms out, leaving Victoria shattered all over again.
The Real Mastermind
That evening, Victor Newman receives a call from one of his investigators.
Investigator: “Mr. Newman, we found something. Cole’s attorney never filed a digital copy of the will, but someone accessed the office’s servers the night before the document surfaced.”
Victor: “Who?”
Investigator: “The login came from an encrypted device registered under the name Holden Barrett.”
Victor’s eyes narrow.
Victor: “Holden — that snake.”
Holden Barrett, Clare’s supposed mentor and confidant, had been close to Cole in his final days. But now it appears he orchestrated everything — the forged will, the lies, the emotional warfare between Victoria and Clare.
Victor calls Victoria immediately.
Victor: “I have your culprit. It was Holden. He wanted to control Clare and through her, Cole’s estate.”
Victoria closes her eyes, her voice breaking.
Victoria: “He used us both.”
The Confrontation
At the Abbott cabin, Clare sits alone, staring at the portrait of Cole she kept hidden there. She’s replaying every moment — his gentle words, his last letter, his final call before the crash.
Then a knock at the door. She opens it to find Victoria, her eyes red from tears.
Victoria: “I know who did it. Holden Barrett forged the will. He wanted to make you believe Cole left you everything so he could use you.”
Clare steps back, stunned.
Clare: “Holden? No. He said he was helping me, that he wanted to honor my father’s legacy.”
Victoria: “He was helping himself. My father has proof.”
Clare shakes her head.
Clare: “Why are you telling me this now?”
Victoria’s voice breaks completely.
Victoria: “Because I was wrong about you. I let my fear blind me. I thought you were lying to me when all along you were being lied to.”
Tears stream down Clare’s face.
Clare: “You don’t know what it’s like to think you finally have a family, only to find out it’s all a game.”
Victoria steps closer, trembling.
Victoria: “I do. I’ve lived my whole life in a family built on power plays and deception. But when it came to you, I wanted something real. I wanted a daughter.”
There’s a long, aching pause. Then Victoria whispers the words she’s been holding back for months.
Victoria: “Clare, please forgive me.”
The Forgiveness Scene
Clare looks away, torn between heartbreak and anger.
Clare: “You were supposed to be the one person who understood me. And instead, you turned your back the moment things got hard.”
Victoria: “I know I let you down, but I’m begging for another chance — not as a Newman, as a mother who loves you.”
The room falls silent except for the faint sound of wind outside.
Finally, Clare turns back, eyes full of tears.
Clare: “I don’t know if I can forgive you yet, but I don’t want to hate you anymore.”
Victoria reaches for her hand. This time, Clare doesn’t pull away.
Holden’s Downfall
Days later, Victor Newman sets the trap. Using the Newman security team, he lures Holden to a fake meeting at the Grand Phoenix under the pretense of finalizing Cole’s literary estate.
As Holden arrives, suave and confident, Victor, Nick, and Michael are already waiting.
Victor: “You’ve caused enough damage to my family. It’s over.”
Holden smirks.
Holden: “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Michael slides a file across the table.
Michael: “Server logs, handwriting analysis, bank transfers — all pointing to you. You forged Cole Howard’s will.”
Holden’s face drains of color.
Victor: “You played with my daughter’s life, and that was your final mistake.”
Holden tries to bolt, but security blocks the exit. As he’s led away in handcuffs, he glares at Victor.
Holden: “You think you’ve won? You have no idea what Cole was hiding.”
Victor’s expression darkens — another mystery brewing beneath the surface.
Healing the Wounds
At Newman Ranch days later, Victoria and Clare sit together in the garden. The air feels lighter — not healed, but hopeful.
Clare: “I still don’t know what to believe about him, about Cole. Was he really my father?”
Victoria: “Maybe not by blood, but he cared for you, and that’s what matters. And so do I.”
Clare smiles faintly.
Clare: “You’re starting to sound like Grandma Nikki.”
They both laugh softly, the first real laughter between them in months.
From the terrace, Victor watches quietly, relief flickering in his eyes. He turns to Nikki.
Victor: “It’s not over. Holden said Cole was hiding something. I intend to find out what.”
Nikki nods, concern shadowing her face.
Nikki: “Just promise me, Victor — no more secrets. Not for them.”
Victor doesn’t answer. His gaze drifts toward the horizon, toward the storm that’s coming next.
