EastEnders confirms exit plans for Zoe as danger lurks amid huge bombshell

Viewers learned that during her 20 years away from Walford, Zoe had given birth to twins. Though her baby girl was sadly stillborn, she gave her baby boy up for adoption before fleeing the hospital.
Next came Zoe’s dealings with Greg Dolan (Dean Williamson), a dodgy P.I she’d previously employed to help find her son, who she later violently attacked following his unwanted advances toward her. She later gleefully revealed to the abject horror of long term nemesis Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), that the father of her twins was Sharon’s own late husband, Dennis Rickman (Nigel Harmon).
A further reveal involved Zoe’s wider family learning of her involvement with cousin Stacey Slater’s (Lacey Turner) former lover, Max Branning (Jake Wood) and, as viewers saw Zoe drop yet another bombshell on her long-suffering mum.

The aftershock of Zoe’s latest in a very long line of bombshells continues to affect the Slaters at large, while the family prepare for a quiz night in the pub.
Though Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) is adamant that Kat not poke her nose into Zoe’s business, she struggles to resist and presses her daughter for more information, though a missing cat has Zoe’s focus and she refuses to let her mum in.
As quiz night gets underway and with the tension bubbling within the Slater camp, Kat overhears Vicki talking to Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw), leading to her making a decision, causing complete and utter chaos when she reveals Zoe’s secret to the entire pub.

As the winder community reels from the news, Kat realises just how much trouble Zoe has brought to both the family and her business. Zoe ultimately decides to leave, as Kat seeks Alfie’s counsel while unpacking the nights events.
Finding a photo of them with the glass smashed, Zoe storms into their conversation and accuses Kat of doing it. When her mum denies any knowledge of what happened to the photo, Zoe sinks into paranoia over who did – and if they’re out to get her.
Will Zoe run? And if she doesn’t, is the smashed photo a warning sign of impending danger?
