Netflix has introduced another bone-chilling thriller to its collection, featuring Hollywood stars Kelsey Asbille and Finn Wittrock as the starring pair.

Don’t Move, which debuted on October 25, tells the story of a bereaved woman being hunted by a serial killer. She manages to evade him but discovers that he has injected her with a paralysing substance. With only twenty minutes until her entire body becomes immobile, she must run and fight for her life.

Asbille takes on the role of Iris, the protagonist, a part that presents the actress with the task of performing with restricted movement and dialogue.

Born Kelsey Asbille Chow on September 9, 1991, she grew up in South Carolina with two younger siblings, reports the Mirror.

At the tender age of 11, Asbille made her acting debut when she secured a role in a community theatre production of the musical, Ragtime.

Despite entering the industry at such a young age, the 33-year-old actress still experienced her teenage milestones. She completed high school alongside her peers while featuring in the renowned teen drama One Tree Hill.

She also attended university but has since admitted that balancing studies with acting was challenging.

As an Ivy League student studying Human Rights at Columbia, Asbille frequently had to take breaks from her education to concentrate on new acting ventures.

In a revealing piece for Town and Country magazine, Kelsey Asbille opened up about her challenges juggling academics with her acting career: “There were times I’d have to miss classes to fly across the country for an audition, and plenty of required reading fell by the wayside so I could learn lines instead.”

Speaking of her experience while working on her 2017 film, Wind River, she wrote: “Recently, I took time away from my sophomore year to film the new movie Wind River[…] And instead of celebrating when the shoot wrapped, I rushed back to New York for a summer semester.”
