Sophia (Rachel Boyd) purposely talked to Ari (Marissa Reyes) about being in Tate’s (Leo Howard) dorm for Holly (Ashley Puzemis) to hear and then lied to her about hooking up with Tate. Tate revealed his failed plan to Brady (Eric Martsolf) and he suggested his son make things right with Holly. When he went to talk to her, she punched him. Sophia overheard Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman) talking about their hopes for adopting Tesoro. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) told Marlena (Deidre Hall) that she doesn’t know what’s wrong with her.

Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Episode #15211

Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), Xander (Paul Telfer), Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), and Brady all clashed over Titan-DiMera, while Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) confronted Tony (Thaao Penghlis) about the lawsuit. Later, Maggie talked them all into fighting Tony. Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) planned an opening gala for the free clinic. Chad (Billy Flynn) and Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) discussed going public with their relationship, then Cat found out that her brother was granted parole.

Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Episode #15212

Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) brought Foster () to the hospital when he had a health scare. While Johnny and Chanel stayed hopeful about their plans to adopt, Sophia assured Melinda (Tina Huang) she would do whatever she had to for them not to adopt Tesoro. Paulina (Jackée Harry) encouraged Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) to work for DiMera, then he learned that his father would soon be mentoring his high school bully. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) discovered the Anastasia Sands blog tour information at Stephanie’s apartment, realizing the author is one of her daughter’s clients. Julie told Stephanie that Jeremy Horton, her ex, is returning to town.

Thursday, September 25, 2025, Episode #15213

Johnny told Sophia his and Chanel’s plan to adopt Tesoro, unbeknownst to him it’s her baby, then she wrote an email to CPS warning them about the couple. Belle (Martha Madison) told Marlena that John’s (the late Drake Hogestyn) will contained a bequest to the hospital. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) tried convincing Xander to go to couples therapy. Ari (Marissa Reyes) brought Holly a drink, then when Holly lost the paper she was writing for Johnny’s class, she called him and he realized she was drinking and Sophia overheard. Sophia later arrived and sneaked some alcohol into Holly’s cup of soda. When Holly fell asleep , Sophia snapped pictures of her in her lingerie. A blackout hit Salem, leaving Belle and EJ trapped in the elevator together and Gwen (Emily O’Brien) stuck in the under construction free clinic.

Friday, September 26, 2025, Episode #15214

Stephanie did an online Q&A as Anastasia Sands and lied to keep her cover. Later, she was followed by a stalker with flowers. Alex ran into Chanel and Felicity (Kennedy Garcia) and through their own race with glow sticks at the pub. Xander and Sarah reconciled and hit the sheets. At Titan-DiMera, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) learned that they plan on ending the merger and told Tony (Thaao Penghlis), while Philip and Brady (Eric Martsolf) worried that Titan couldn’t stand on its own.

Soon, in Salem, Sophia will continue her plot against Johnny, while a mystery man arrives in Salem.
